Pricing Details:
Note that all pricing information is an estimate and based on a full sequencing process starting from sample preparation up to raw data output. Pricing per sample will vary based on sequencing depth, sample quantity and stage of preparation. If you have already prepared your samples for library preparation, or have completed libraries to send with your samples, the price quote will be based on the cost of QC and the remaining parts of the process. You will not be charged for the full sequencing price. Data analysis is optional but will be negotiable at an additional cost. Shipping and handling fees are not included in the estimate price.
You must still complete an order form and send it to info@prismgenomicmed.com, or mail it to 6655 Travis St. Suite #840, Houston, Texas, 77030.
Once the order request has been received, a quota will be send back within 3 business days.
